This tool has been designed for student who are employed in a restaurant, hotel, kitchen or caterers. Using this tool and the resources contained, build on the CE4Food training course. The Canvas helps you define the relationship of a kitchen and restaurant with its suppliers, the activities within the kitchen and the relationship with its customers. Select 2-3 of the Canvas elements, click “Submit” and progress through the resources and then write out your own Action Plan. Work with your employer to agree and implement the Action Plan.
